Skrybe Shipping Policy

1. Where we ship — United Kingdom, United States, Europe, Australia and New Zealand, and selected international destinations. Available countries are shown at checkout; if your country does not appear, we do not currently ship there. Canada is served through our distribution partner — contact cs@skrybe.world for details.

2. Shipping costs — United Kingdom: free delivery on orders over £80; £2.39 on orders below £80. United States and Europe: shipping is calculated and shown at checkout, and your checkout total includes applicable duties and import taxes — there is nothing further to pay on delivery. Australia, New Zealand and other international destinations: rates from £15.00 to £20.00 depending on destination, shown at checkout before you complete your purchase; where a free-shipping threshold applies it is applied automatically at checkout.

3. Processing time — Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During peak periods or unforeseen circumstances we will notify you of any delay.

4. Estimated delivery times — United Kingdom 3–5 business days; Europe 5–10; United States 5–10; Australia and New Zealand 5–10; rest of world 10–20. These are estimates and may vary with customs or carrier disruptions.

5. Duties and taxes — UK orders include VAT in the listed price. For the United States and Europe, duties and import taxes are included in your checkout total, so there are no charges on delivery. For other international destinations, your country may levy import duties or taxes on arrival; these are the recipient's responsibility and are not included in our prices.

6. Lost or damaged packages — If your order arrives damaged, contact cs@skrybe.world within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging, and we will resolve it with a replacement or refund where appropriate. If your order appears lost, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.
