2. Shipping Costs

We offer the following shipping rates:

  • United Kingdom:
    • Free shipping on all orders over £50.
    • A flat shipping rate of £1.99 applies to orders under £50.
  • Australia:
      • Free shipping on all orders over 100 AUD.
      • A flat shipping rate of 10 AUD applies to orders under 100 AUD.
  • European Union:
    • A flat shipping rate of 11.95 for all orders.
  • Rest of the World:
    • A flat shipping rate of £17.50 for all orders.

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout, and you will see the final cost before completing your purchase.


3. Processing Time

  • Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days of receiving the order. During peak periods or unforeseen circumstances, there may be a delay, and we will notify you of any changes.
  • Dispatch: Once processed, your order will be dispatched for shipping.

  • European Union: 5-10 business days
  • Australia: 5-7 business days
  • Rest of the World: 10-20 business days

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, customs fees, duties, and taxes may apply depending on your country’s import laws. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.

Skrybe is not responsible for delays caused by customs or additional charges imposed by customs authorities. We recommend contacting your local customs office for further information.


6. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Lost Packages: We will assist you in resolving the issue by investigating the status of the shipment with the carrier.
