Skrybe Refund and Returns Policy

1. Overview — We stand behind the quality of every Skrybe product. Unopened products may be returned within 15 days of delivery, and defective or damaged items are resolved with a replacement or refund. For hygiene reasons, opened or used markers cannot be returned.

2. Returns — Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery for products that are unopened, in original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase. Contact cs@skrybe.world to authorise your return before posting; we will provide the return address and instructions, and unauthorised or non-qualifying parcels may be declined. Returns are made by mail. Return postage is the customer's responsibility, unless the product is defective, in which case we will cover or reimburse it. There is no restocking fee.

3. Refunds — Once your approved return is received and inspected, we will confirm by email and issue the refund to your original payment method. For defective items or items damaged in transit, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

4. Your statutory rights — Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights, including, for consumers in the UK and EU, applicable rights relating to the cancellation of distance purchases of unopened goods.
